On our website we have name brands and product names, and used certain respectively owned trademarks, only to the extent necessary to:
- Identify competing replacement products produced by other manufacturers that we offer as substitutes for the original equipment manufacturers branded goods.
- Identify products manufactured for or by these trademark owners that we have for sale and that were procured by A&C Electric through various means, although we are not an authorized dealer for these brands.
- Identify products manufactured by these trademark owners that we can support with third party repair services as an alternative to the original equipment manufacturer or their authorized repair service providers.
Product names, logos, brands, and other trademarks referred to within this website are the property of their respective trademark owners. Identity of these trademark owners, if registered, may be found on the United States Patent and Trademark Office website. Further, while we stand behind the quality of our repair services and the goods we sell, unless otherwise indicated, we are not sponsored, endorsed or factory-authorized by these trademark owners for the sale or repair of their products. Product warranties, support and other added values that would otherwise be included with a purchase of these goods through an authorized source may be void.
